Freezing rain in the Netherlands

The Netherlands has seen snow fall across the country so far this winter, add freezing rain into the mix and it makes for some pretty treacherous conditions.

One highway maintenance team tells the story of dealing with one of the heaviest snow falls in years, freezing rain throwing a spanner in the works, and how they might as well have just started all over again!
